Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in processing times.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.
During busy seasons, processing times may take slightly longer, but we always aim to ship your order as soon as possible.

International Shipping

At this time, Mati Jewelry ships within the United States only. We’re working toward expanding international shipping soon!

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Mati Jewelry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been scanned by the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
